Venue and Seating Information

John Paul Jones Arena is Virginia's home basketball venue in Charlottesville. Its indoor setting keeps the game-day experience focused on the court, with sightlines and atmosphere shaped by your seat location. Review the seating map when selecting tickets so you can compare available sections and views.

For a basketball game, seats closer to center court can offer a balanced view of play at both ends, while seats nearer the floor bring fans closer to the action. Upper-level seats can provide a broader view of team formations and the full court. Specific section recommendations depend on the event's seating configuration and current availability.

Parking arrangements and rates can vary by event. Check the arena's current event guidance before traveling, and allow extra time for arrival and post-game traffic around the venue.
